Terms & Conditions

Official terms of service, recruitment disclosures, equipment responsibilities, assignment spending rules, and media rights for F8 Agency.

1. Nature of Engagement & Non-Guarantee Disclosures

Submitting an application through F8 Agency does not constitute an offer of guaranteed employment, nor does it guarantee assignment placement, guaranteed earnings, or guaranteed working hours. All engagements are subject to candidate suitability, project availability, client requirements, and execution of individual assignment agreements.

Unless explicitly specified under a separate written employment contract, photographers collaborate with F8 Agency on an independent contractor and project-by-project assignment basis.

2. Photography Equipment Stewardship & Liability

Photography equipment—including but not limited to cameras, lenses, memory storage, batteries, lighting, tripods, stabilizers, and carrying bags—must be handled with utmost care, security, and professionalism.

  • Photographers must operate equipment strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions and training guidelines.
  • Equipment provided by F8 Agency remains the exclusive property of F8 Agency or its partners.
  • Any equipment loss, mechanical malfunction, or physical damage must be reported immediately to the project coordinator.
  • Company equipment must be returned promptly at the conclusion of an assignment as instructed.

3. Assignment Expenses & Spending Money Policy

Certain photography and tourism assignments may require on-location purchases (such as venue admission tickets, parking, public transit, or project-specific supplies). Where applicable, F8 Agency may provide allocated assignment spending money through designated company accounts.

Crucial Distinction: Assignment spending money is strictly designated for approved on-location project expenses and does NOT represent wages, salary, or personal compensation.
  • Pre-approval is required for all non-standard on-location expenses.
  • Photographers are required to retain itemized receipts for all expenditures made using company funds.
  • Any unused spending funds remain in the company account and may not be diverted for personal use.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

All photographs, visual recordings, and media produced during commercial assignments commissioned and funded by F8 Agency are created for commercial and promotional deployment under the relevant client brief and Foap marketplace licensing terms. Deliverables must be uploaded in high-resolution uncompromised formats within agreed deadlines.

5. Professional Conduct & Safety

Photographers representing F8 Agency on location must maintain exemplary standards of conduct, respect members of the public and property owners, observe venue regulations, and prioritize personal and team health and safety at all times.
